Brief Job Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with standards, policies, and methodologies. Gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy. Execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices. Develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution. 6 years of experience in business analysis or process development role. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related' This role is placed in the identity and access management space. Will work with Privileged Access Management team to deploy new tools and capabilities. Will also work with the project team for MultiFactor Authentication process documentation. Assist a group of BAs working on developing Role-based access for the IT department.


Required Skills:
  • Business process documentation/design, information technology project experience.
  • 4 Years of experience required.


Preferred job skills:
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management
  • Cyberark
  • PingAccess/PingID
  • Cybersecurity experience.
