Job Description: Strong coordination, organizational and communication skills needed to support our growing team of change managers. Light change management experience or a solid understanding of change management practice required.

Position will provide support to various projects/change managers. This will include administrative (i.e. scheduling training sessions), communication (i.e. drafting walking decks and other communications collateral), and change management (i.e. preparing stakeholder analysis, co-facilitating impact assessment workshops, etc).

Required Skills

  • Quick learner, curious and a self-starter.
  • Service provider-minded (takes pride in providing exceptional service to others)
  • Excellent power point skills are a huge plus!
