Overview
Our industry leading health care client is looking to add members to its internal support team. They are looking for a person with excellent customer service and communication skills. In this role you will be responsible for the inital contact and assessment of the situation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve common computer hardware/software issues.
Utilize Help Desk ticketing solution (JIRA preferred) to manage workload, address issues and tasks.
Daily user device support and management.
Password Rest and user support.
Participate in user support team and handle tickets through Help Desk to support growing user base for local and remote users.
Instruct and train users in use of computer hardware, systems and applications.
Perform other job-related tasks as directed by Management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1 year experience supporting Mac OS based devices and hardware required.
1 year of experience supporting G-Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships while providing legendary customer service by always treating others with respect, working towards a common goal, and responding timely to issues, requests and problems.
Ability to extrapolate complex technical jargon and explain it to non-IT users in friendly, easy-to-understand terminology.

Required Skills
A degree in a technical field or related work experience.
At least 1 year demonstrated success supporting internal users in via phone or other remote management system.
Experience with basic toubleshooting, networking, Mac OS environment and software installation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to make yourself understood and leave a positive impression with your customer.
Knowledge of automation and ticketing tools such as JIRA.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Integrity, initiative and a proven work ethic.
The willingness and ability to handle daily administrative tasks.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Health Care Industry.
